
VISA
REGULATIONS FOR KAZAKH CITIZENS
The
Embassy of Mexico in Turkey would like to inform
that a visa is required for Kazakh citizens
who wish to visit Mexico for the following reasons:
touristic, transit, business, education, participation
in conferences and members of the press.
(I)
First of all, the Embassy of Mexico would like
to point out that the approval for the visa
application is not given by the Mexican Embassy
itself; all visa applications submitted to the
Mexican Embassy are initially conveyed to the
Visa and Immigration department in Mexico City.
The procedures for the visa approval are submitted
through e-mail via internet. The Visa and Immigration
Department´s officials estimate that the
process for analyzing and replying to the applications
takes at least 30 days. For this reason, visa
applications should be submitted to the Mexican
Embassy within 30 (thirty) days prior to the
intending travel to Mexico.
(II) After the estimated 30 days have passed,
the Institute for National Migration (INM),
which is the responsible Mexican authority for
the visa procedures, sends to the Embassy a
positive or negative response via e-mail for
each applicant.
(III) When the Embassy of Mexico receives a
positive response regarding the visa applications
from the INM, our Consulate in Ankara is authorized
to affix the visa label on the passport and
the person will be able to enter Mexico with
a valid visa. The traveler may submit the visa
application to the Embassy of Mexico in Ankara
during the scheduled hours (except for the official
and religious holidays, from 09:00 hrs. to 10:00
hrs. from Mondays to Fridays).
(IV) Only after the Embassy of Mexico receives
a positive reply regarding the visa application
from the INM officials, the Consulate in Ankara
can affix the visa stamp on the passport of
the applicant.
(V) It is important to point out that there
is no need to call the Consular Section of the
Embassy of Mexico inquiring about the application.
The Consular Department at the Embassy will
contact the applicant directly and will inform
the corresponding outcome. The contact information
will be taken from the personal data given by
the applicant at the moment of fulfilling the
application form.

2. Photocopies of passport Pages where important
information is found. Personal details, holder's
photograph, passport number, passport expedition
and expiration date, passport place of issue,
valid other countries visas (as Shenguen space
visa, American visa, British visa, etc.)
All the Photocopies must be in A4 format.
The photocopies must be stamped with the "Apostille"
seal.
Please do no send the original passport

Two colored passport-size photograph. (taken
in the last six months) with white background
and taken from front side with out glasses.
Instant photographs, color printed photographs
or photographs with out the previous specifications
will not be accepted.
7. Entrance
Permission Form properly filled up. Incomplete
applications will not be accepted.
8. Visa
Application Form properly filled up, signed
and dated. Incomplete applications will not
be accepted.
4. The airline reservation in which entry and
exit dates are clearly mentioned and made by
the Travel Agency, as well as a hotel reservation.
4- A letter from the relative or contact in
Mexico stating invitation from her/his part.
The letter must include information regarding
the name and full address of the person whom
he/she will visit. (So that the Mexican Embassy
can receive information from this firm if it
is necessary.)
5. Presenting the following documents which
show property holdings:
5.1. The document which demonstrates his/her
duty (title), monthly salary and for how many
years he/she has been working for the company
or the institution or the business enterprise
where he/she is employed and for how many years
the company or the institution has been active.
This document should be written on paper with
a letterhead.
This document must be stamped with the "Apostille"
seal.
5.2. Photocopies of international credit card/cards
bank statement or immovable title deeds.
